Manitou Nixon Platinum
The Manitou Nixon revolutionized the trail bike with the lowest weight and ride height for any 6" fork available in the market today. The Nixon Platinum Intrinsic has the same features with its hefty big brother, the Travis, but without the weight penalty, by using the Cartridge Intrinsic Damping that makes it more adjustable, more speed sensitive, more durable and more bottomless than ever. It also has the 145mm Infinite Travel (IT) adjust with an air spring makes it efficient enough for all day rides, 32mm magnesium Reverse Arch lowers and butted stanchions. The Nixon Platinum Intrinsic weighs 4.1 lbs.
Manitou Minute
If the Manitou Minute fork family were a cellar of fine wines, they would be aged to perfection. The benchmark of trailbike performance when it was introduced two years ago. The Minutes develop its stiff 32mm legs, all new one piece magnesium lowers, Open Bath with Evil Genius Seals and an indulgent No-Tools volume adjustment feature called SPV No-Tools. All Minute forks are ready for any of the rigors a trail bike ride can throw its way. The Minute :02 features 100-130mm Rapid Travel Wind Down (RTWD) Coil spring with Platform Plus Damping and weighs 4.4 lbs. The Minute :03 (shown above) features a 100mm air spring with SPV Evolve No-Tools damping and weighs 4 lbs. The Minute :04 features 130mm Infinite Travel (IT) adjust air spring with SPV Evolve No-Tools damping and weighs 4.0 lbs.
Manitou Travis
The best DH triple crown fork today and used by Intense DH Racing Team and Andrew Shandro of Trek Racing team, the Manitou Travis forks features 34mm gold anodized aluminum stanchions, magnesium Reverse Arch lower castings, Open Bath with Evil Genius seals and a solid satin black fork crown. The Travis fork is available in Triple Intrinsic 203mm travel with titanium coil spring and an air backed Cartridge Intrinsic Damping which has more speed sensitivity, adjustment range and bottom out control in one turn of the knob and weighs 7.2 lbs or the Travis Single which has 150mm travel and AL cartridge TPC+ damping and weighs only 6.4 lbs.
Manitou R7 Platinum SPV
