Tomac Carbide SL

"The Carbide SL is the ultimate cross country weapon."  Over three years in development, the Carbide SL is the ultimate in lightweight, stiffness and pedalling efficiency. At a scant 4.4 pound frame weight with DT Swiss carbon shock, it's one of the lightest XC full suspension bikes on the market, and certainly the stiffest. The Carbide SL can be hammered through anything an XC rider or racer could throw at it.

Tomac Cortez

The Cortez, named after John Tomac's hometown in Colorado, is a throw back to his cross country racing days.  The frame is built with butted AN6 aluminum and featuring a bevy of CNC parts.  It has traditional geometry with a 70.5 degree head angle and a 72 degree seat angle which combined with a short chainstay and a long sloping top tube for more standover clearance, give the Cortez a relaxed & comfortable feel.  Tomac looked at every detail of the bike, from the CNC machined chainstay & seatstay yokes that butt into box section stays to the shaped top, down, and seat tube.  Perhaps, the Cortez is one of the stiffest hardtails on the market today and its a climber.  Not a hint of flex can be felt when you hammer the pedals and with taller head tube provides a more upright rider position.  This ensures you can take the Cortez on your all day adventure.

Tomac Type X

The Tomac Type X is not your run of the mill carbon fiber bike.  It took two years to develop and the result is a large frame that weighs in a scant 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs), which allows you to build up that superlight race level World Cup hardtail you've always wanted.  Making it light isnt the only priority, Tomac wanted to make sure it provides excellent lateral stiffness at the bottom bracket & using high modulus carbon fiber wrap to achieve the intended goal.  The Type X maintains a high degree of side to side stiffness, while doing an excellent job of damping vertical vibrations & taking the edge off rough terrain.  This is will help lessen rider fatigue and provides more comfort during any ride.

Tomac Automatic

Like the Tomac Carbide, the goal with the Automatic 100 was to create a light and stiff XC bike that could easily be raced or just enjoyed on a Saturday morning XC ride.  We wanted it to be light and stiff with balanced suspension that would make it a joy to ride.  The Automatic is designed to be used with a 100mm travel fork which mates perfectly with the 100mm of travel the bike provides on the rear.  The suspension is designed to accomplish three major goals - 1.  Maximize pedaling efficiency 2.  Eliminate pedal feedback 3.  Absorb rough terrain.

Tomac Snyper 140

When we set out to design the all-new Snyper 140, we knew we wanted to accomplish three major things: 1) Provide a high degree of lateral stiffness for precise steering 2) create a suspension system that would allow for both excellent pedaling efficiency and bump absorption, and 3) have the bike be light enough to be capable on ascents and flickable on descents. The Snyper 140 is all of these things combined: a do-it-all bike that is stiff, light and breathes high performance.
