Official bike of Team Spidertech and the lightest road racing frameset from Argon 18.  The Gallium Pro still features the 3D headtube that is a structural extension of the headtube which keeps headset bearings close to the stem and maximizing rigidity and steering accuracy as the rider can choose either an upright position or a low race position.  The frame and fork is built around a 1-1/4" headset to have stiffness when pushing hard on climbs.  It still features the S3 Internal size specific specs which reinforces the inside of the frame according to frame size.

The 2010 Gallium represents the perfect ride for those seeking to maximize their performance potential and achieve their goals.  The frame features 6003 Carbon Hi-Modulus which translates to an increased stiffness when riding and full power transfer with quick handling and maximum vibration dissipation for an all day ride comfort.  The Gallium features the 3D headtube which allows 3 effective headtube lengths either relaxed upright riding or race position without affecting the frame's characteristics.

The new Gallium is replacing the venerable Platinum frame (which is now the new 2009 Krypton).  The new Gallium has an 8% improved rigidity compared to the 2008 Gallium which is more efficient & faster.  The new 3D Headtube (patent pending) allows for a variable effective headtube height without using too much spacer for optimal fit & comfort.

The new 2009 Argon 18 Krypton frameset is now updated to a monocoque carbon fiber construction.  It has a more unified & lively feel with the patented S3 design - optimal dynamic properties regardless of frame size.  The new Krypton can be summed up in a few words - balanced handling, accurate steering & a nimble feel.
