May is National Bike Month

The whole month of May is dedicated to biking. May is National Bike Month. 

Sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists—a non-profit organization that promotes bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation—National Bike Month is celebrated around the country. If you’ve been off your bike for a while, now is the perfect time to hop back on.  This was started back in 1956, the idea was for more than $5 billion set aside in a federal transportation bill for bicycling.  

So, start pedaling!

Multi-awarded Cebuano Junior cyclist Luis Miguel "Igi" Maximo wins XTerra Lite men's 15-19 bracket with a time of 3:02:14.  He was unopposed in his bracket but he still made sure to have a good finishing time.
